How Successful Is Ayurvedic Treatment For Parkinsons Disease
At Sukhayu, we are treating the cases of Parkinsons without using Dopamine. This is moreover like talking about sunlight without sun for many of us. But this is true because Ayurveda doesnt recommend or thinks about dopamines!
This is because we know that the nervous system needs the balancing of things, not just some external supply of dopamines.
In name of Ayurveda, the same mistake is made again and again. We kept on working on the tremors through Ayurveda. Secondly, the mistake is to use herbs that carry dopamine. Then what is the difference between the Ayurvedic and Allopathic approaches?
Undertreatment of Vaidya Pardeep, there are many patients. These patients come from every part of the globe and getting proper results. We are able to give these results, repetitively.
However, we have only 82% results with patients. We know these mean a lot in a condition similar to Parkinsons. This 82% are the cases where we had withdrawn all medicines and the patient is leading a normal life. But we are working hard to make it possible with the maximum number of patients.

This is a condition that is almost close to Parkinsons disease. However, this resemblance is all based on principles.
This is Vaidya Pardeeps hard work and vision about Ayurveda. Importantly, only Sukhayu Ayurved, Jaipur is working on this approach and this is the reason we are able to help the patients with parkinsons disease. This is the first time in history of Ayurveda that someone has explained Parkinsons disease like this. With concept of Doshas and Gunas. And more importantly not using any substitute of dopamines for the Ayurvedic treatment for parkinsons disease.
This is like having money and your account is seized. Money is unreachable or you are blocked in any way. In such a condition- you need to make sure- you can utilize the money. Therefore the line of treatment will be different. And when you dont have any money, you need to earn more.
The same applies to Dopamine. Once receptors, where dopamine attaches, are blocked, you need to open these. And where dopamines are in low quantity, we need to improve and increase the production of the same.

Parkinsons Disease : Understanding The Ayurvedic Approach
Parkinsons disease, known in Ayurveda as Kampavata, is a neurological disorder affecting 1% of the population over age 65 and is the fourth most common neurological degenerative disorder found in the elderly1. Because this condition occurs more frequently in industrialized countries, some have speculated that this condition may be caused by environmental toxins2. However, earlier references to this condition preceding industrialization are numerous. Western medical literature from the famous physician Galen, dating back to around 175 AD, gave one of the first descriptions of this condition under the name Shaking Palsy. In 1817 the physician James Parkinson published a very detailed description of the condition, and the disease was named after him, as the tradition in the West7. Direct reference to the Parkinsons disease in the ancient Ayurvedic literature is sparse and refers only to related symptoms, such as tremors. Therefore, the condition is referred to in the modern Ayurvedic literature by various names for tremors: Kampavata , vepathu , prevepana , sirakampa , spandin , and kampana 4,5,6,8. Parkinsons disease is most commonly called Kampavata.

Ayurveda emphasizes on a holistic healing process, which includes the treatment of the whole body and mind. It aims to make the body healthier and disease free. The Ayurvedic treatment is quite effective in minimizing the symptoms of Parkinson. Ayurveda works to restore a balance between the three main systems of our body called Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Vata refers to the air movement system in our body and it can be held responsible for neurological disorder like Parkinson. It says that when toxic air gets deposited in the brain it restricts the normal function. The aim of Ayurvedic is to provide the brain with pure and nutritious air which will be possible by restoring a good digestion system followed by a lifestyle change.
Ayurvedic Ways To Manage Parkinsons Disease
Any movement that we make relies on the controlling system of human body- the Brain- be it writing, reading, walking or talking. But a serious brain disorder like Parkinsons disease can rob a person of the ability to do everyday tasks that many of us take for granted. Theres no cure, but Ayurvedic treatments can help to arrest the degeneration of brain cells enhancing the fine and gross motor movements.
Parkinsons disease sets in gradually over time. The early signs may be barely noticeable. A persons movements may change slightly. You might notice slowness, rigidity, or difficult y in balancing or walking. Also their face may lack expression, or handwriting may become small and cramped. There is profound postural instability, rigidity and gait abnormalities occurring at the later stages making their daily life tough and dependent. It might become harder to sleep, think, eat, speak, smell, and make decisions. As the disease worsens, symptoms may become difficult to control.
Parkinsons disease usually arises after age 50, but can also appear earlier in life. Parkinsons disease is a neuro-degenerative disorder, which means that brain cells gradually malfunction and die. The disease damages brain cells that make a chemical called dopamine. The resulting dopamine shortage causes the movement problems that mark Parkinsons disease.
